Jira at check-in helped me quickly. The hotel features a great view and suitable facilities. I saw several food options. The location seemed very good as it sits in the middle of the city.
The air conditioning made constant noise. The temperature always showed 22 degrees Celsius. I tried to adjust to 25 degrees throughout my stay but failed.

I appreciated the friendly front desk staff. They were helpful! the room was clean and well-appointed. It was perfect for sleeping. the hotel provided flowers and cake for my honeymoon upon arrival. That was a lovely touch. the rooftop bar provided great service. The cocktails tasted super!
The gym and pool area needs more care. It looked old and not well-kept!

I appreciated the fast response from the professional staff during a medical emergency within our group. Breakfast was excellent. I also enjoyed a peaceful pool and a good massage on the ninth floor.. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The 24th floor was very quiet, perfect for restful nights.
I found it slightly inconvenient that the gym equipment was sometimes occupied during peak hours.

The room was very clean. The facilities are well maintained! the front desk staff was helpful. some staff remembered my birthday. i got a surprise cake when i returned to my room! the executive lounge access was a plus. I enjoyed the evening cocktails and snacks.
The air conditioning in the room was a little noisy. It occasionally made it difficult to sleep soundly!

i found yada especially helpful with early check-in after my long trip. she also gave great recommendations for local spots. the hotel has a central location with easy access to transportation. the room was clean and surprisingly quiet.
I found walking near the hotel a little difficult. There was no proper sidewalk.
